(1.3) Author/Contributor: The writer and producer of any online text article published on GabLifestyle magazine online that is not indicated to have been authored by the GabLifestyle Editorial Team.
(1.4) Subscription Fee: The current subscription fee as set out in any invoice sent to you or your organisation (no fee is payable for a trial).
(1.5) User: Any individual or corporation using GabLifestyle magazine website for any purpose, including reading of articles and information gathering

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

(2.1) All rights in the Publication belong to the Publisher, its Contributors or third-party licensors and are protected by copyright, trademarks, service marks and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the Republic of the Philippines and other countries. All individual articles, columns, emails and other elements of the Publication are also copyright works and you agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Publication or in these Terms and Conditions. The Publisher may license third parties to use the Publication in its sole discretion.
(2.2) You agree to use the Publication solely for your own use and benefit and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to any other person or entity. (3.1) GabLifestyle.com either owns or is licensed to use the copyright in any and all forms of data and content of its Website pages and in the data appearing on its Website unless another copyright holder is credited on the relevant Website page.
(3.2) The copyright to all original articles published in GabLifestyle.com are owned by GabLifestyle magazine, and the article’s author/contributor.

4. USER LICENSE

(4.1)Subject to the above, you may retrieve and display the Publication on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) but you may not reproduce, modify or exploit any of the Publication for commercial profit other than would be ordinarily made in the course of your business.
(4.2) Displaying or reproducing any content owned by the Publication and/or its contributors must include the proper attribution, i.e. the name of the Publication (GabLifestyle Magazine). Displaying or reproducing articles written by the contributors must include the name of the contributor, and the name of the Publication. Any of the website’s content that will be displayed and/or distributed online must come with proper attribution (i.e. the name of the Publication and the author in the form of a hyperlink/s leading to the published article found on GabLifestyle.com).

5. HYPERLINKS

(5.1) Our hyperlinks: The website may include links to third party websites. Such hyperlinks are included to assist the user’s path through the World Wide Web, and to provide information relevant to the website content the essence of which the information the hyperlink redirects to is meant to supplement.
