At a quiet home in Boston, Massachusetts, an elderly Filipina named Corazon (portrayed by Mrs. Boots Anson-Roa) wrote a love letter. Knowing that she do not have much time left, Corazon is writing to every man named Manuel Pineda who’s listed in the Philippine directory, identifying herself as his long-lost love. In the Philippines, an elderly man named Manuel Pineda (portrayed by Eddie Garcia) is diagnosed with cancer, and told he only has a few months to live. Manuel decides that before he dies, he wants to find the woman he loves most, whom he hasn’t seen in decades: Corazon. Such is the dramatic opening of emotional “Blue Moon,” a hopeful, moving love story that spans many decades.

Ang Blue Moon ay tumatalakay s pag ibig na wagas at tunay, sabi nila dalawang klase daw ang pag ibig ang tunay n pag ibig at ang unang pag ibig, tinatalakay din dito na maaring magkaibang tao mo maranasan ang tunay na pag ibig gayun din ang unang pag ibig . . pinakita din sa palabas na ito na kung tunay at wagas ang pag iibigan ng isang tao kahit magkalayo sila, paglalapitin pa rin sila ng panahon
