On this special day, mothers deserve only the very best. Mother’s Day is that time wherein we celebrate and remember the unconditional TLC (that’s “tender loving care” for those not in the know) moms provide us with every day of our lives.

This is a tall order, and it’s no question that moms need a break for a change. What better gift to give than to treat them to that perfect getaway to relax, enjoy and rejuvenate. Aside from shopping in Hong Kong, You can always take your mom to see Disneyland. Mother’s Day weekend in Disneyland is always a prime time to visit. With special events and flower displays for the flower and garden festival in store, Disney character topiaries and free flower power concerts are just as fun to watch.

And since Macau is only a 45-minute boat ride away from Hong Kong, you can take your mom for a little gambling, see all the stunning hotels (ala Las Vegas style) and experience the old diverse culture of the Portuguese and Chinese.

  • Airfare: approx. P5,000 to P8,000 depending on airline promo
  • Hotel Accommodations: approx. P2,000 to P4,000 through online booking (e.g.www.agoda.com)
